Is there a contribution for Make an Offer?

Hello All-

 

I am trying to find out if there is a contribution where the buyer can make an offer on an item. Something similar to the eBay Best Offer feature. I have had great luck using this feature so I am hoping there is a contribution that I have missed that does this?
