Need a good template and excel loading addon

I am looking to find a easy to use add on that will allow me to change colors, box shapes and text if there is one.

 

Also I have lots of products and wanted to know if anyone had a program made that would allow me to upload a excel or cvs file to the server and auto populate the fields in my catagories for me.
