Is there any config 4 subdomain istallation?

I installed osC2.2 into my subdomain http://toko.maxifoto.net but i got lots problem:

 

1. I can't create new customer account, message error came up in the browser like below.

Not Found

 

The requested URL /create_account.php was not found on this server.

 

2. When I checkout from shopping_cart.php, message error came up in the browser like below.

The requested URL /checkout_shipping.php was not found on this server.

 

Is there any 1 can tell me what's wrong with these problems?
