Coupons or codes giving me a fit - PLEASE HELP

I hope someone has ran accross this before. I have the ccgv installed and the problem that i'm having is that a customer enters their credit card info, then they enter the discount code and click on redeem. It does redeem the code and give them the discount, however it takes them back to enter their credit card info again. Very annoying for the customer. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP.
