Attribute Prices

I have attributes where there are certain ones that add more to the price of a product.

 

I need to remove the display price that is added.

 

Ex.

 

Select Size: ->

XXS

XS

S

MS (+2.00)

M (+2.00)

 

I need to remove the (+2.00) from displaying.

 

I also would like help on how i can order the attributes. The way I'm trying to set them up right now, they all just get jumbled together in random orders. Is there a way to assign them orders?
