selling some brands without permission

Hi everybody,

 

I would like to launch my e-commerce site and I want to sell some famous brands like Gap,Guess,Gymboree, etc. not in USA but to another country. If I sell without permission will I be in trouble or ? I see lots of people do that but I don't know if they have permission or no? Thank you

Why would that be illegal?

You don't need a license to sell a company's items. As long as the items are not counterfeit and not stolen you can sell them to whoever you want; no? I know that the copyright laws enable certain rights to prevent international sales, but there are no such provisions for trademarks.
