Continue Checkout Procedure

Alright,

 

This is annoying... After I select a product to add to my cart, I go to check out and when I press the "continue" button during the "Delivery Information" section, all it does it refresh the page and does NOT proceed to "Payment information".

 

Can someone help me out with this? This is holding me back from making the shopping cart Live.

Does it take you to the shopping cart or does stay on the page where you choose the shipping method?

I have this problem also. Jemma (from the United Kingdom) checked it out on my website. It worked. I then changed my address so it indicated I was from the United Kingdom and I got though to the end just fine. I do not yet know what the problem is but at least it is a starting point.

I had a customer that tried ordering and checking out on Monday this week, and she could not get it to go to go past the delivery information page. I did a small test with an item less than $20 and it worked. So I tried putting in her order as a test on my own account. Her order was over $200 and it would not go past Delivery information for me either.

 

Then I subracted items and kept trying to get past delivery information to payment information and it never let me get past. Then I was at $35 and it let me go to payment information. Something is set so they cannot checkout with over $35.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?? Is there a setting somewhere? I have done nothing new- no new contributions etc. It all of the sudden does not work. I have recieved orders over $50 before.

 

This I believe would be critical for anyone having an online store. I hope someone sees this and has some suggestions soon.

I had this problem for a couple of days and it has to do with shipping rates. When I had Flat Rate set to 0.0 it stopped working. Hope this helps.

Alright, at first i was going to rave about how lame this is, but I got my working... you have to make sure you have all of your settings set up... for example, for some reason I didn't have ANY shipping installed, which is why it wouldn't continue. So, I changed my shipping to "per item" at 2.50 and it works fine. The cart will not move on intil it has all required "payment informaiton".

 

I hope all you of can get yours working.
