[email protected] Posted October 18, 2006 Posted October 18, 2006 Customers are ordering products from mt site and i receive payment through paypal, but when i goto see what they have ordered nothink comes up. This has only happened in the last couple of days, so i am receiving payments but have no idea what they are for can somebody please help me urgently. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance install Paypal IPN contribution and use this instead of the orginal Paypal Module. This happens when custormers do not return to your site after paying. With the original module, you get the payment but you don't get the order. With the Paypal IPN you get the order as soon as the client goes to the paypal account, the status is then changed automatically once the client pays, and if the client does not return to your site, you will have all the order information. cheers, NLLD.
