Ship only to certain zip/postal codes?

Hello,

 

Is it possible to only allow customers in a certain area to order using postal codes (i'm canadian)? I only deliver (for a flat fee) within a certain radius and I am a home based business so shipping or pick-up isn't available.

 

Not sure if this is a zone issue or if i need to find a contribution to help with this one.
