OsCommerce shopping cart and Google Checkout

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find it anywhere. I have setup the Google Checkout module for OsCommerce. It's great, thanks to those responsible. I have noticed however that the shopping cart for OsCommerce still has the items in it. I realize you can set the "return" url and possibly setup the proper adjustments in it. I am still reading through the different modules to see where OsCommerce does this.

 

I just want to make sure I'm not looking to do this the hard way. Anyone set this up and working before?
