I'm after some information about affiliate programs. All the information possible. I'm not really 100% sure how they work.

 

So could someone answer a few of my questions:

1. what do they do

2. how do they work.

3. is osc-affiliate any better than cj.com (commision junction)

4. is it possible to integrate the cj.com affiliate program into osc. easily

5. anything else i should know?!
