zone rate issue

I have 10 zones configured. Zone 4 is not working, however Zones 3 and 5 work fine.

had an order for Egypt (EG) that only charged $8.00 !!

 

I test AU and EG - niether picked up the right amount. But when I tested countries in Zones 3 and 5 - they did. The items ordered were 97 lbs and should have charged either $290.00 or $600.00 !!

 

 

My config is:

 

1:35.00,2:50.00,3:57.00,4:75.00,5:85.00,6:90.007:99.00,8:105.00,9:112.00,10:120.

00,12:130.00,15:155.00,20:175.00,25:200.00,30:235.00,40:290.00,99:600.00

 

AT,FI,GR,DK,IS,NO,PT,ES,SE,CH,AU,CN,ID,KR,MY,NZ,PH,TH,VN,BH,BD,EG,IN,IL,JO,KW,LB

,PK,QA,SA,SY,TR,AE,YE

 

Any Ideas .. ?

Looks like theres a comma missing here:

 

6:90.007:99.00

 

should be:

 

6:90.00,7:99.00

 

Maybe thats causing the problem? Not sure as im really new to all this.
