HELP!! Problem with download page

Hi everyone

 

I'm new to osCommerce and i'm trying to set up a site selling downloadable products. The problem is once I click the download link after the test transaction all that appears is "PK" at this address:

http://www.onlinedigistore.com/catalog/dow...rder=1&id=1

 

Any one have an idea why? I've followed the steps from:

But I still can't manage to get it to work.
