HELP!! Not able to checkout or login

Hey everybody, I've been so wrapped up in things that I hadn't had a chance to work on my site. I went in today but found that I couldn't checkout or login. I believe the problem is in Configure.php. The URL it's looking for doesn't seem correct "https://www.sophisticatedart.com/~sophisti/osCommerce/catalog/www.sophisticatedart.com/osCommerce/catalog/checkout_shipping.php?osCsid=b50f653e610a4980ce244208777f897f&osCsid=b50f653e610a4980ce244208777f897f"

I believe it should be reading "https://www.sophisticatedart.com/oscommerce/catalog/checkout_shipping.php"
