Local installation problems

Hi, I wanted to install oscommerce2.2 on my localserver (apache) I also have Mysql installed locally.

First I have made a sql database.

When I start installing I cant get any further then the form where you chose "import catalog database" and "automatic configuration" I can click as many thimes as I want but I keep staying in this form.

I have read a tread where someone suggested for setting in PHP.ini the register_long_arrays=off to ON, so I did restarted the server but there is no possitive change.

Has anyone got the same problem(s) and of course what is the possible tread.

Well everyone I tackeled the problem it was one of the PHP settings that was not correct.

I wish I could tell you wich one but I set a lot of settings to status ON and after trying I could perform installation of oscommerce (locally).
