HELP! cant access catalog, has mySQL error?

Hi everyone!

 

just wondering if any one can help me with the below error:

 

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /home/totalk9s/public_html/catalog/admin/includes/functions/database.php on line 19

Unable to connect to database server!

 

can anyone explain what this means? and how do I fix it?

Did you ever get this sorted? If so, how? My site does the same at times.

it was fixed within half an hour, I send my hosting company an email and they advised they reset it...
