How to Create a New Page...

Hi,

 

I'm currently in the process of creating a site for my dad's furniture shop.

It's almost complete, however there's a couple of pages he would like adding.

 

How do I create a new link and page that sits with the 'T&Cs', 'Contact Us' links?

 

I know that this is basic stuff but I'm not a coder, just a graphic designer. I can edit the existing pages that come in the oscommerce package, just dont know how to create a new page.
