Testing payment options + adding bank transfer option

I have just set up my first osCommerce shopping cart on my test server. I want to test that all the payment options are working before I send the site live.

 

Is there a way to do this without registering "real" payments?

 

The payment options I will be using are Paypal, credit card and check/money order.

 

Also, I want to add another payment option to the Payment Information screen - "Bank Transfer" so people can transfer cash from bank account to bank account. This could be done externally via the customer logging into their bank account and transferring money online.

Hi, Yes you can have bank transfer as an option. All you do is download a module from this website and install it into oscommerce. It is really easy, then setup with your bank name, account number, and the name the account is in. You should be able to test using a fake cc number or something. When you install the modules it should have a testing credit card number e.g. 4111 1111 1111 1111 etc. All the best.
