ComicWisdom Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 Hi, I'm looking to set up three flat rates for my store. I am in the uk and would like to offer one shipping price to uk customers, one price for european customers and one price for customers in the rest of the world. can anyone offer any advice?? thanks alot Tommy Make 2 copies of your flat.php file in each of their respective folders. catalog/includes/modules/flat.php catalog/includes/language/modules/flat.php You will then have flat.php copy 1 and copy 2 in each folder. Name them something that makes sense. Also name the pairs the same. Another words there MUST BE and alrnateflatname.php in each directory. Go through the new files and replace the word "flat" with the names of the new modules. Watch out for CASE UpPerCase and lOwErcAse. PHP does not like to have them mixed. Up load these new modules to your server, go to admin and install them and set your fees. Just between us, remember there are only 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't!! Remember, learning is a "do-it-yourself" experience; although, not necessarily a "do-it-BY-yourself" experience. The quickest way to learn is to forget to BACKUP!
