1saba Posted October 16, 2006 Posted October 16, 2006 I purchased a template, which I am having trouble installing. The company I purchased the template from has an ezinstall module. This module will install the template for me. My problem is getting the module installed. I have to install a specific folder in my catalog directory. This folder has about 2-3 sub-folders. I have spent the weekend trying to install this module, but it is not working. I believe I am not installing it properly. How do I go about installing a module? I also searched over the weekend on the forum about installing mods and found just about everything but what I needed. Your help will be greatly approciated. Thanks.

We don't know what template your using. Find the support contact info of the folks you bought it from. Try there first. Just between us, remember there are only 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't!! Remember, learning is a "do-it-yourself" experience; although, not necessarily a "do-it-BY-yourself" experience. The quickest way to learn is to forget to BACKUP!
