When I click Contact Us, You then fill out all required feilds and this erro pos up?

Now if I navigate to inetpub\spicetree.co.uk\wwwroot\includes\classes\email.php and open email.php.

 

I am not sure if I am suposed to enter my email address in here and if I am where exactly

 

 

Can some one please help or give me some guidence.

Did you find the solution for this error as I'm having the same problem.
