Partial Security

I am having trouble with my osc site and my security on the create login page. The lock says that it is only partialy secure. I ahve looked at come config files on the same hosting as mine and there ssl works fine. I have looked and the only thing different is that the secure sites base href is the secure server and mine is not. i dont know where to change this or how to make this fix.
