Shipping prices for different locations

Hi there,

I have a really serious problem that i wasnt able to solve for about three weeks.

My online shop ships products only in the countri it is located in, BUT I want to have different tax for different locations. Example City 1 - $1, City 2 - $2 and so on and so on. How can I do that? Contribution maybe? I need the tax for the shipping to be added to the TOTAL price in the checkout.

Maybe you can help me do another thing too. During the registration form the user to be able to select his/hers city, not to type it down and perhaps in this way somehow automatically when he/she purchases a product the shipping module to calculate the shipping tax for that location.
