randyf Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 I am attempting to install the meta tage contribution, but am slightly confused. The installation directions say to paste the code into the /catalog/index.php and the /catalog/product_info.php files. Where are these "catalog files?" Are they the admin files in the file database? After searching, I could find no "product_info" files to alter. Could someone please clue me in on what I'm missing? Thank you
Jack_mcs Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 The oscommerce installer installs the shop into a directory named catalog. Some people use that, some don't. But instructions are written using it to denote the root of your shop. So if you get to your shop by http://myshop.com/abc, then your shop is installed in the abc directory and that is where you will find the index.php file. Thank you Catalog depends on where you ftp'd oscommerce to on your install, your root maybe public_html not public_html/catalog, so if you enter public_html and scroll down there will be index.php and product_info.php
