hazy Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 hi i have a strange prob on my os comm site i can acess normal http pages on my site but when i go to a secure page e.g https the page wont load and says 'cannot find server' please look at www.sexycinders.co.uk/store and once loaded goto the link 'MY ACCOUNT' and you will see the prob. customers are able browse the rest of my site but as soon as the pages that have an ssl cert on them are clicked this is when thew error occurs please any advice would be great haz

Jack_mcs Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 If the ssl is installed correctly, you should be able to go to https://www.sexycinders.co.uk and have it display. Regardless of the confiugre settings, that link should work. Since it doesn't, it means the ssl is not installed correctly so you should speak with your host about it.
