Lost Username & Password For osCommerce Control Panel

Hi, I've lost my admin user/pass for oscommerce's password and I'm wondering if there is anyway to retrieve it. I do have access to my hosting providers control panel and to my phpMyAdmin - could I get it from there? Any advice would be appreciated.
