Delete categorie images ...

hi,

i've added some categoie images but now i want to delete them. There is no button in the 'admin-interface' to delete the images, so i've updated the database table 'categories_description' and set the column 'categories_images' to NULL. But the images are still displayed. I've deleted the browser cache, too.

 

Does anybody know why?

delete them from your server - file manager in admin or via your ftp program.

If i delete the images which are linked as catagorie images from the server the browser still tries to display the image. But it can't be found and a blank image is displayed.

Try:

in admin / configuration / images / image required = false

Arrrggg ... found the issue.

Stupid error in configuration file. Was connected to the OLD database.
