Newbie here with photo questions.

Hello All,

I am a complete newbie to the os commerce system, and recently acquired a website that is designed on os, I have familiarized myself with it as much as possible but I am having problems with product photos specifically.

 

I upload the photos and they show on my main page that has all the different products, but when the individual (small) product is clicked on the photo & pop up do not show. I have tried saving & uploading the photos as jpg & png files and no difference.

 

I hope this makes sense the way I wrote this :'(

 

Thanks for any light anyone can shed on my photo mystery!
