Shipping Module Issues

Hi,

 

I am new to OSCommerce, not to PHP. I have configured TABLE RATE to

 

1:1,2:2,3:3,4:4,5:5,6:6,7:7,8:8

 

and for whatever reason, when checking out OSC without fail picks the wrong one. Does the same thing on PRICE setting. It seems to be skipping the first three or so, or adding three iterations to its calculations. An itemf for 0.99 lbs. gets the 4lbs fee; one at 0.99 and one at 2.0 gets the 6lbs fee...

 

Anyone heard of this before?

 

Weights are set properly in the products themselves.

 

Also USPS module doesn't work on TEST setting.
