Attribute problems and page setup

I want it to display the page as per

but without date, manufacturer and price, but with the description.

 

also to display an attribute box, as per

http://www.gb-online.co.uk/catalog/product...products_id=352

 

Also I need attribute to include weight and to have an active in stock/out of stock message

 

Any help eagerly sought
