No Free Shipping For Low Orders

I'm offering free shipping for any order more than A$10.

 

However, for order less than A$10, customer would need to pay a flat shipping fee of A$2.50. How can I set it up in the shipping modules?

 

I currently using low order fee module to take that cost into the final calculation. But is there a way, it can be corporated into the flat fee?

if you use the table method, you can define an amount for shipping if order is below any amount. In your case you would define: enable table method=true, shipping table: 10:2.50, table method=price. Hope this helps.
