That is where the certificate is selected. Jack_mcs Posted October 14, 2006 Posted October 14, 2006 I'm having some problems with GoDaddy's SSL too. GoDaddy doesn't have their own SSL they share someone else's. There are only a handful of companies that actually create the certificates. They sell them to companies like godaddy for resell. This is what a lot of people don't understand. If you are paying $50 for a certificate from one company and $20 for one from godaddy, odds are, you are buying the same certificate. You are just being overcharged for the $50 one. sohail786 Posted October 15, 2006 Author Posted October 15, 2006 It sounds like your configure files are set up incorrectly. That is where the certificate is selected. Jack how do you enable the Go daddy SSL, as far as i know you just need to change the HTTPS_SERVER to https://www.skyimports.co.uk and HTTPS_COOKIES TO SAME AS ABOVE, in both configuration files for admin and Catalog. well thats what ive done but it enables the SHARED SSL form my hosting provider. and am sure there is something else to do that i do not know of, well i cant find the answer to. thanks for replies so far.
onedownfiveup Posted October 15, 2006 Posted October 15, 2006 My SSL is working in my admin. But it's not working on my regular site.
