Install help for Easy Discounts - URGENT!!!!!

I am trying to install easy discounts. When I add a product to the shopping cart I get this

I think I got it installed now. As well as "Easy Coupons."

 

However, I don't know how easy coupons work. I have manually created a code that is 5 characters long but I don't know where to apply the code. There is a YOUR COUPON CODE form with 4 form fields and a cah in button. But the 5 character code doesn't fit there.

 

I will never use the automatic coupon codes.

 

I need to use the manual only.

 

Someone please help.

Also, when I create a coupon code I want it to work for multiple orders. i don't want it to only work once.

same issue when i put 3 letters of the 12 digital code in each box... nothing happens?!?!?

i am having same issues as well as anyone figured out how to use a 3 to 5 digit code in the 12 digital code boxs or is there a fix
