Cart refusing to pass amount to Paypal ......

My cart is refusing to pass the total amount to paypal.

I am having a problem with Paypal IPN v1.3. My site gets passed over to Paypal and the amount always shows as ?0.00 and no info is passed over.

Any Ideas.
