osCOMMERCE REVERTED BACK TO ORIGINAL

:'( :'( osC has some how reverted back to factory shipped pack!! what can i do i have spoken to lycos they havent made any upgrades, i backed up my entire site have re-uploaded it via ftp logged into Admin and it has all the default settings aaaarrrgggghhhh! all of my pics are on my server but seems like it has deleated my catalog/catagories etc, is it possible to see were the actual listings of products reside within my osC site using my ftp? so at least i can see if they are there or not?
