Setting Up Products

I'm not sure what will be the best way to go about this. Our company has products that are available in multiple sizes. But each size has it's own Product Number. Like this:

Product A

1082 - 2 oz bottle - $14.75

1084 - 4 oz bottle - $28.00

We will want it to display on the page like this:

product name

product description

size - price size - price

Of course a dropdown menu would work for the size/price options as well - but we need to make sure the appropriate product number gets carried through to the order form. The whole reason for using osCommerce was to be able to then plug in another product so that our internet orders can easily be imported into QuickBooks at the click of a button rather than manually typing them all in.

Initially I was setting up the product name and description, and then using the attributes area to setup the different sizes and prices. But I don't see anywhere in the attributes to add the product number for the different options.

I really don't think that I should have to have the name and description in the database more than one time - but I don't know how to get the Product Number assigned to the products attribute rather than just the product itself. Any recommendations?

PS - I am brand new at using osCommerce so if I'm missing something extremely simple I apologize :)

Oh - another thing, in the knowledge base it shows how to setup which credit cards you accept - but I can't find that anywhere in my Admin - I don't even have the option to the page they talk about in the knowledge base article - anybody know how I can find the credit card area to tell it what cards we do or do not accept?

Thanks again :)
