Internal Server Error after Copying Shop Files

Hi,

 

I have been trying to solve this problem for quire a while,

maybe someone can help me:

 

I installed a second oscommerce shop by

 

- copying the existing oscommerce file structure

- copy all databases and renaming them

- adapting databases.php and configure.php to point to the right directories and databases

 

The admin section works fine, but I get a server error when attempting to access

the second shop. The error occurs when the function "session_start" in called

in the file "includes/functions/sessions.php". So obviously something is messed

up when a session id is assigned. I am using the mysql-based sessions by the way.

 

I suspect that this has something to do with the register_globals contribution that

I installed.

 

Any ideas? Help is greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!
