index.php page coming up blank

Whenever my index.php page attempts to load, the browser (and I've tried many) just displays a blank page. The page was working perfectly previously and I did not alter the page between when it was working and now. I have searched the forums and found one other instance where this happened to somebody, but the answers did not help me. I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas. The offending page is:

www.mightymentertainment.com/index.php

I have taken the contents of another file, such as shipping.php and substituted them in index.php and the page loads. When I then revert back to the "real" contents of index.php, the page doesn't load. When I reload the original index.php that came with the OSCommerce install, I get the following error message when attempting to load:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_image() in /home/mightyme/public_html/index.php on line 13

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same problem, and when I replaced the code with the original code that I downloaded from osCommerce I now get Internal Server Error 500 loading. I checked the error log and the gist is "Premature end of script headers: /home/ttmusa2/public_html/market/index.php". I don't know what to do as I am still a newbie...
