Checkout problem. Won't go any further than `Delivery Information`

The checkout used to work but currently it will not pass an futher thatn Delivery information which is stage one of the checkout.

 

I have checked and the files are there, but the continue button will not go to the next step.

 

Does anyone have any bright ideas.
