Featured Products?

What module would be good for saying rotating featured products, example, go to my main page and see the featured products, whats a good module for me to have them say change every few seconds, and also if you guys can help, i want all my pics to be the right size... I need a module that can read the pic and tell what size it is and fit to the pic?
