Empty cart on checkout

I have looked thru the forums and I can't figure out what I need to do.

 

I have a new install of OsCommerce 2.2

 

I have some products listed with prices and they list properly and go to the shopping cart you can add to the card and continue shopping but if you checkout, the cart empties. This happens wheather you are logged in or not. The cart does not seam to remember you even if you do log in.

I have a lot of product, you can see product with prices under the autumn catagory and then the apple subcatagory.

 

Please help.
