STS and DHTML Categories Menu

I saw that the STS was setup to be able to use the DHTML Categories Menu contribution. I had a couple of questions and I'm not sure if they are STS or DHTML Menu questions.

 

Can you use more than one menu on your page? I need one vertical popup menu for the products and then one horizontal dropdown menu for things like Home, About Us, A-Z Index, View Cart - etc... We have several different pages of information under "About Us" that I'd like to have a dropdown for.

 

Also - do you have to have the DHTML menu populated via the database or can you tell it what text and what link you want for a parent node, and that you need a child node on that parent, and the text and links for that child node? This would only be needed for the horizontal menu as the vertical menu would need to be populated by the database ;)
