only want to ship domestically

I've been searching through the forum and contributions and haven't found an answer. Hopefully someone can help.

 

If I only want to ship domestically, is there a way to stop international orders from being placed?

Go into Admin -> Locations / Taxes -> Countries and delete all of the countries except your own.

 

Then create a Zone with only your country and assign that zone to the shipping module.

 

They won't be able to create accounts with the correct address and the shipping module won't even show up. Be sure to add plenty of warnings that this is expected because you don't ship internationally.
