The customer address is stored in the db, and it can be edited by admin or the customer, but it shows neither as Primary/Delivery/Billing address, nor in invoice or packing slip. Does anyone have an idea where I could have gone wrong? You can go to www.red-devil-racing.com/red-devil-racing/catalog/ , create an account and see what I mean. Once you go to checkout, it doesn't show an address either. Manuela

The address_format table showed 0 rows, so I compared it to a working one and added the missing data via file manager in admin. Evidently it hadn't installed or backed up correctly.
