Path to webfiles on windws2003 with iis

As far as I can tell this looks correct:

e:\inetpub\shop.domain.com\www\

 

I also tried this

e:/inetpub/shop.domain.com/www/

 

But I keep getting the same errors:

 

Warning: main(includes/configure.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in e:\inetpub\shop.domain.com\www\includes\application_top.php on line 29

 

Anyone? :'(
