Help!! Customers paying but site not registering order

Hi

 

Can somebody help me please. Customers are paying for goods via my site, the sale is registering in Paypal, and paypal are informing me that the customer has paid, but the site is not recording the order, or sending ma an email confirming the transaction.

Which fiel do I need to adjust or change to rectfiy this?

Does it make any difference what the payment module setting is in status, mine was set to default

If all else fails ensure that your paypal account is set up correctly. Within your paypal accountyou need to set a redirect back to your site after the payment is made. I cant remember where to finf it or what it should be set to, but the answer is within these forums.
