HELP!! 1105 - File './********/configuration_group.MYD' not found (Errcode: 9)

Can anybody help me with this? When going into admin, then into configuration, I get this error:

1105 - File './*******/configuration_group.MYD' not found (Errcode: 9),

then below that is this error: select configuration_group_title from configuration_group where configuration_group_id = '1',

Then This: [TEP STOP]

 

 

This just started today, customer was in the configuration on friday and it worked fine...

Thanks in advance for any help, I really don't want to have to re-enter all my products..

Your database is corrupt. Try going into phpMyAdmin and repairing the table. Your website host's support staff would be who you should be talking to.
