The e-commerce.

I have a large Bonsai website and would like to sell products in the US, currently I already have a webshop in the Netherlands but shipping costs are quite high to the US; what I want to do is start some sort of joint venture with a company I know, based in the US.

What I want is to sell the products of the US firm in my own webshop. This way I can built up 'shop' recognition in stead of starting an affiliate program and redirecting visitors from my website to his shop. Customers in my (OsCommerce) shop order products and can pay with PayPal or CreditCard (via Nova info systems, the creditcard payment provider of my US partner). However, I would like the customers to pay the money directly to the US firm, so basically I only deliver additional sales to my US partner through my own website, without setting up creditcard payment accounts etcetera.

My question; is it possible to use the same creditcard payment provider account and the same PayPal account as my partner uses currently? So can I use his accounts in my shop?

Second question; if this indeed is possible, will the order a customer places in my shop be sent to my partner when it is paid, or emailed to me? As you understand, I need to know how many sales my shop delivers the US firm, since I receive a percentage of total sales from my webshop. I would like the money being transfered to him with an order number, so when he receives money he emails me the order number and only then I will sent the order information to him.

Thanks in advance!
