Really stupid newbie question

Hello,

 

First off - Happy thanksgiving to any fellow Canadians!

 

This is a lame question that has probably been answered a billion time before (and I am too dim to notice!) but how does a customer cancel an order? Is there somewhere in the "my account" where a customer can cancle/add/edit their order after it is placed? If this is not standard does any one know of a good mod?

To my knowledge there is no mod for a customer to cancel or modify and order, when I have a customer cancel an order before it's been delivered, I notify the shiper and have them return it to me and refund the customer.

 

There is a mod 'Order Editor' where the Admin can change an order.
