OK Stupid Newbie Question!

Hi,

 

I have traced all my problems to the cache. If I turn it off through admin, they disappear ... but I don't want to do that! The admin panel says my cache is in /tmp/. Can some kind person please tell me how I clear that?

Hello Chrissie,

 

In your admin panel under "Tools" you'll see "Cache control". Click on it and to the right on your screen you should see files. On the very far right is a heading "Action". Click on the diamond on each file and it clears.
